There is nothing about this show that warrents attention other than, perhaps, the Bertha 1st set closer and Drums & Space...people can go on and on about all of the vital shit happening in the parking lot but we were among those who actually went to the concerts for the music and therefore judge the music at face value rather then judging it upon how much fun we had (we had a blast, btw).
We were not impressed with this show at the time of the performance and I am even less impressed 17 years after the fact, listening to it while doing housework (a critical measure of any show...to ease the tedium of housework rather than adding to the tedium). I really like Easy Answers but this one is pretty weak.
The previous night at The Palace, for all its flaws, blows this show out of the water. There is nothing to recommend this show to you other than as a comparison for other Summer '93 shows to demonstrate how much better they are than this one.

it was good!!!
I had not planned on attending this show, i attended the night before, it's was mellow and my paper was weak, and i wanted more so... at the time i lived by the palace (1 1/2 hours. i called in to work and hit the show with a bro, Adam. we had no tix when we traveled and got a pair of 5th row center basiclly at the ticket booth for face (my version of a miracle). stoked! found some great gell-caps in the lot, really stoked! got to our seats as help began and it was on from there. this show made up for the night before!!! setlist, there are better, but this show was spot on for me! help>slip>franklin's, lucy, china>rider, terrapin, and warf rat...hell yea! vince was hitting it in terrapin. great versions of each! first time i enjoyed wave to the wind. good show, good time, a grateful party. i think on of the best things was i should have been at work.

I cant figure out if it's the end or beginning
This was a very HOT and sticky day for all us at the palace. Sweatin our asses in the parkin lot sellin imports down on shakedown street.I got my first miracle the first night. Made enough to get tickets for the 2nd night... My last show in michigan. The band seemed to play to the weather... knowin there was no way we were gonna cool off or dry out... they kept us sweatin more. Help-slip-Frank was a hot begininig, Loose lucy and Bertha were smokin. All and all a fantasic first set. China Cat/Rider was just the begining of a mindblowin second set.The cool groves of terrapin seemed to blow a moist breaze thru the crowd..Sure Jerry forgot a few words and mumbled a bit but God it was wonderful. I culd fill in the blanks on the rollercoaster in my head. Two days later i moved to san diego... this ones special to me. Sure the palace wasnt the KNOB but it was still a good place to end my midwest stay and look forward to my life out west. And the boys freakin jammed while i was geekin outa my gourd. What a night! Great sound quality too.. And Woman are smarter... Cant go wrong with this one. I'd give it 10 stars if i culd.
